WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are:

1 - 3 Business Days.


IF THE ORDERS NOT DELIVERED IN TIME.

Expedited shipping over 25 days, we will refund shipping cost to customers. Over 60 days not delivered , we can make resend or full refund!


THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE COMPLETED?

We typically process returns/exchanges within 48 hours upon receiving your package.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

RETURN POLICY

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we constantly strive to provide the highest quality products possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a RETURN within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Items must have all original labels attached.

Except for quality issues, customised items are not included in the Clearance sale return policy. If your order was paid with Store Credit or Voucher code only, please note that all items will be Final Sale or Clearance Sale and will not be eligible for return or refund.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES


You can return your product for store creditdifferent product, or a refund to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.

Please note that we do not provide a shipping label on returns.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Mail your return to the address provided to you via email.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.


REFUNDS

The tracking number is required once you send it back. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

  • The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
  • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
  • Please note that store credits cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, if your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return.
