We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. "The product must be a duty-free shipment"

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Size and Fit Responsibility
Please note that sizing is the sole responsibility of the customer. Before placing an order, we recommend that you carefully review the size chart on our website. If you are in doubt about the size, you can contact us before placing your order. After placing an order, product returns cannot be accepted due to size mismatch.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

About Turkey Customs Regulations: Shipments for which duty has been paid by us can only be accepted on behalf of you "the buyer". For this reason, we only pay additional customs duties for products ordered on your behalf and at your request.
We include this procedure and the fee we spend on customs in the products. and we do not bother you with customs-related transactions. For this reason, shipments for which customs duty has been paid are accepted only in your name and cannot be returned. Although this is entirely a regulation of your country, we cannot accept the return of products (duty paid) that have passed through customs.
