Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  "The product must be a duty-free shipment"

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Size and Fit Responsibility

Please note that sizing is the sole responsibility of the customer. Before placing an order, we recommend that you carefully review the size chart on our website. If you are in doubt about the size, you can contact us before placing your order. After placing an order, product returns cannot be accepted due to size mismatch.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment.We can only accept returns if there are problems caused by us or the product.

Final Sale

  1. If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
  2. Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: Rings & Necklace, Socks and Caps
  3. Blind box, free give-away and free gifts cannotbe returned or exchanged.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Exchange Policy – Turkey Orders Only 

At Zwoyren, orders shipped to Turkey are subject to specific policies due to international shipping and customs processes. This return policy applies exclusively to orders delivered in Turkey.

1. Right of Withdrawal & Period

According to Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

However, in the following cases, this right becomes invalid.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or withdrawal requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the product has passed through customs and import tax has been paid on behalf of the customer

  • If the item was specially imported per customer request

  • If the item has been used, tried on, or has missing tags/packaging

  • If the return is due to personal preference, sizing, or expectations

  • If the cancellation request is made after the 14-day period

Note: Due to customs and resale limitations, items delivered to Turkey are not eligible for return unless they meet the criteria in the next section.

3. Returnable Items

Returns are only accepted under the following specific conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or wrong item sent

  • The issue is reported to us via email (with photo evidence) within 3 business days after delivery

  • The product is unused and in original packaging and condition

4. Authority on Returns & Exchanges

All return and exchange decisions are entirely at the discretion of Zwoyren.
Zwoyren reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not fully meet the criteria above, as long as it remains within the boundaries of Turkish consumer law.

5. Return Process & Shipping

  • Once approved, return shipping instructions and address will be provided.

  • Return shipping is free only in case of faulty items. Otherwise, it is the customer's responsibility.

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt via the original payment method.

6. Customer Agreement

By completing a purchase at Zwoyren, every customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this return policy prior to ordering.
